High-reach vacuum clearing
Gutter vacuum systems working from the ground to around four storeys, pulling out moss, silt, leaves and nesting material without ladders leaning against your fascias.
Camera inspection & proof of work
A pole camera shows the run before and after, so you can see it is genuinely clear rather than taking somebody's word for it.
Downpipe unblocking
Blocked downpipes rodded and flushed from top and bottom, including underground shoe and gully clearance where the blockage has moved further down.
Moss, silt & vegetation removal
Established moss and self-seeded growth cleared out of gutter runs, hoppers and valley gutters, with debris bagged and taken away rather than left on your borders.
Gutter repairs & realignment
Leaking joints resealed, split sections replaced, sagging runs re-bracketed and falls corrected so water actually reaches the outlet.
Gutter guards & leaf protection
Mesh guards and brush fitted where trees make blockages an annual certainty, cutting how often the runs need clearing.
Fascia, soffit & UPVC cleaning
The black streaks under the gutter line cleaned off while we are there, so the roofline looks as good as it drains.

Safe access & working at height
Ground-based systems wherever possible, and where they are not, correct access equipment, harnesses and method statements rather than an improvised ladder.

While the camera is up there we look at tiles, flashings, ridge, fascia and any visible defect, and tell you what we saw with photographs.
Annual & biannual schedules
Booked ahead for autumn, or twice a year where trees demand it, so it happens before the first heavy rain rather than after the damp patch appears.

We confirm height, access, gutter type and any conservatory or extension issues, then give a fixed price before we come.
Set up safely
Ground-based equipment wherever possible, with sheets down and access equipment and method agreed where height demands it.
Clear & flush
Gutters vacuumed out, downpipes rodded and flushed, outlets checked and all debris bagged and removed.
Camera check & repairs
Footage taken to confirm the runs are clear, with leaks, splits and loose brackets repaired or quoted on the spot.
Report & next visit
Photo report sent through, with an optional annual or biannual slot booked so it happens before the next autumn.
What every gutter clean includes
If the gutter is beyond clearing, we will tell you
Some runs are cracked, sagging off their brackets or simply the wrong fall, and no amount of clearing will stop them overflowing. Where that is the case we will show you the footage, explain what is actually happening and price the repair or replacement rather than booking you in for another clean next year. We would also rather say we cannot safely reach a run than take a risk on your roof.
Gutter work sits inside our facilities work, not beside it
NICEIC Approved electrical work, Gas Safe heating, appliance repairs, planned maintenance, pressure washing, specialist cleaning and reactive call-outs all come from the same Clifton Moor team. If we are on site for the gutters, the roofline, the external cleaning and the repair afterwards are covered by people who already know the building.
