What every specialist clean includes
We price on the actual condition, not a standard rate
A heavily soiled property, a kitchen that has not had an extract clean in five years or a flat left full of belongings is not a standard clean, and pretending otherwise just produces an argument at the end. We will look, tell you what it genuinely takes and give you one price. If something cannot be recovered — a carpet, a worktop, a damaged floor — we will say so up front rather than cleaning it twice and charging you for both.
